Put up by businesses, not the U.S. Treasury. In other words, like the Gaza Reconstruction fund, it will disappear into a JP Morgan private account and no one will know where the money went - wink wink- and not one home or basic infrastructure will be rebuilt.

The best Iran will get is the unfreezing of its own damn uncommitted money, maybe $60 billion. It will have to eat the remaining $340 billion or so estimated reconstruction costs. Meaning it will never recover.

Destroyers and warmongers destroy wantonly and don't care about the impact on ordinary poor folk.
