But unlikely, as it will probably leave a permanent mark on the building. How do you get black burned on smoke from plastic off of the building? Power washing or painting will make a permanent mark in the areas affected. Unless you do it to the entire front of the building.

The simplest way is to go thru court. Cut it down and disassemble the scaffolding.
