Yesterday

a human or humans is/are responsible. We must not let them diffuse responsibilty onto machines or bureaucratic fog. Let the guilty bear the full weight of culpability.

If the US won't enforce simple justice, then the world should step in. It's time for the global community to come out from under the superpower cloud.

I am against capital punishment, but I would not oppose an adjudicated death penalty in this horrendous case of mass child murder. Both for the human agent and the machine agent. Pull the plug.
