In a lot of ways. I mean I know the refinery was blown up and all, but just recently Trump's been trying to paint a scary storyline ("4 weeks", "bedlam" ) re: what would've happened if he didn't make a deal and therefore ... scary shortages! Plus it's a cheap way to seem like he's calling out problems in Russia, but they're one's that handler-Putin knows won't actually get PLAYED there.

Even if it is talked about, I don't think Putin thinks this really hurts him anyway. People there have dealt with worse hardships. He can use it for jingoistic propaganda against Ukraine, call them terraists, etc.

Trump will be touting this story, mark my words.
