8. I keep hearing he's taking it with him, but how does that work. Congress must be able to have some oversight of that.

No doubt if Congress is in total Rupuke control they would rubber stamp it, but if it flips in the midterms I would imagine they could put the brakes on that. Otherwise could he just take the Presidential limo and keep Camp David too. Hell he could transfer the deed of the White House. There must be some limits.
