Tucker is, of course, an obnoxious shit. Always has been, always will be. However, he is reasonably intelligent, and still has appeal among a segment of the maga and neo-maga population. This includes a part of the right-wing that disliked the war on Iran and/or the MoU.

Recently, he has debated an Israeli journalist and a British journalist on the war. Because he spanks them with ease, they resort to the current -- and weak -- attempt to define him as an antisemite, which any serious person knows is utter nonsense. Rather, he is concerned first about the damage the war that Netanyahu got the felon to join in on has done to this country. Weak minds equate being opposed to Netanyahe as "antisemitism," which it is not.

Tucker says he has no plans to ever run for office. I don't think that is 100% true. If he doesn't run as a republican, it would require a third party, which seems unlikely. Hopefully, he and his ilk just not vote in 2028. Yet in the ongoing attempt to secure that future nomination, we see Rubio trying to undercut Vance. I would not be surprised to see Tucker eventually endorse Vance, and possibly join the ticket with him.
