I remember pundit, after pundit assuring people that "there was no way" the court would give Donnie Dipshit immunity.

If they can find a warped way to twist the term "well regulated", they will find a way to twist "subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

I wish the media would stop pretending there is any doubt, or suspense, about how the "6 Justices of the Confederacy" are going to rule.
