They are legislating from the bench, inventing things on the fly, and ignoring the Constitution whenever they feel it's necessary.

The Court should be expanded in 2029 to 13 -one for each Appellate Court. The expansion should also codify that the number of the USSC shall be equal to the number Appeals Courts.
