... in this day and age you need more than scare quotes. You have to exercise extreme discretion.

We should, metaphorically speaking, with no intention of any actual malice or physical harm, simply as a way of expressing our discontent, and fully in accordance with the requirements of free speech, so called "letter bomb" them, simply and only to "gum up the works."
