Appearing at the Faith and Freedom Coalition Conference a few minutes ago, he said that the Founders mentioned the creator four times in the Declaration of Independence but did not mention him once. And he is very upset about that. Some may think this is a joke, but I think it's certainly possible that he meant this seriously. He seems to be in a very confused state.
The rest of the speech is setting up the strategy for the midterms which boils down to "DEMS ARE COMMUNUSTS!" and they will take away your religion. As he and other Rs began doing yesterday, they are going to use Mamdani's win in NY to tie all Dems to Communism and then lie about what that means to different interest groups. They will scare Christians, as he is doing now, by saying that Dems will outlaw religion. I'm sure they'll have other lies for other segments of their base.
Get ready to hear that word over and over. We should be able to come up with some good responses though.
