unrealistic expectations.

That's the difference between professional and amateur companies.

And the "Art of the deal" m***n decided to go with amateurs.

Gee, I wonder if they ever got paid? Not like it really matters.

This has been a total failure, and he now wants to tag it to innocent people, that had nothing to do with the poor installation.

This is unbelievable.
