8. It's a hard time for good and kind people

My husband has started with the Bridge Brigade and 2 hours a week they hold signs and wave on the overpass
They get smiles and honks - and just a few middle fingers that they all laugh at.

It has helped.

For me, I can’t watch the news. I close the computer when it gets to be too much, and I have friends who are running locally, and those who are working for candidates who forgo dirty money.

But it’s not enough, I too am on the edge. Hugs, and I hope you find a refuge.I hope we all do
