If you mean to be binge watching on tv ken burns fine series on the American revolution to jack up ratings, it depends on whether you are watching on cable tv or internet, or pbs on air tv.
I do not have cable nor internet, just antenna air tv*.
Watching pbs on air tv will not generate any ratings increases for ken burns since impossible to track who is watching from antennas.
But binge away nonetheless! Have seen it several times, as well as Lucy Worsleys version as well, which includes some British perspectives.

* not paying $800 per year for a non essential cable tv commodity, pbs air tv is good enough for me, tho certainly lacking depth and variety and sports which cable provides. Bonus, need not endure idiotic cable tv commercials.
$800 per year pays for much more needed things, like food.
