Caveat: What I know is mostly from using a Windows PC. Apple products will have some different details, and I have zero experience doing this from a device (tablet or phone).

What you want to do is get the direct URL for the image. If you right-click on an image, look for the "copy image link" option (if it's available. Some sites are structured to prevent you from doing this). If you can do that, just paste the image URL into your post and the image should appear. For example, the "Sealant Team Six" image in post 23 above is (space added to show the URL and not the image) https ://i.imgflip.com/av0f0q.jpg

If you have an offline image you want to post, you'll need to put it on an image sharing site (I tend to use Imgur) and use the direct URL from that site.
