Medical issues don't care about how much you get. Those who are millionaires and billionaires can have private care whereas anyone making less can (and have) literally gone bankrupt (and even THAT is hassle ever since the law was changed some time ago regarding personal bankruptcies). And with the cuts being promoted for Medicaid, one shouldn't need to have to puzzle over what could happen.
Health Care Costs Number One Cause of Bankruptcy for American Families
The whole Luigi Magione popularity is a case in point at how deep this healthcare costs issue resonates with the public.

I don't object if it's for those that have other sources of monies in the +5k area as they can likely afford it.
