DHS, WHICH WAS CREATED BY REPUBLICANS, should have never been created in the first place.

It became the poster child of what the GOP keeps bleating about - "government bloat".

It is a Frankenstein monster that was stitched together by cannibalizing agencies from MULTIPLE departments (all while people like Erik Prince and Cheney's Halburton, were making $$$$).
