trump believes tariffs bring such great rewards. He may be thinking of killing the IRS and income taxes and replacing the lost money with the "money" they make from tariffs. This would get them one of the bigger accomplishments they've wanted for decades. It would also explain the decimation of our federal civil servants and service agencies. It's all ideologically tied to PNAC and P2025.
