I'm glad Jenner is fighting back. My big fear is what the maga majority SCOTUS will do with the cases that will surely come before it. No one should forget that it was the repug Rehnquist 5 who started this nightmare in 2000 when they stopped the legal Florida vote count with their judicial coup d'état.
