22. WTAF does that even mean? How exactly does a U.S. controlled "freedom zone" work?

Especially in the hands of people that do not seem particularly friendly to "freedom" here in the actual U.S.? Is there even a concept of a plan? How many U.S. troops would be "free" to ensure this newfound "freedom zone" in a region so hostile to America in the first place? How many would be "freed" of their lives to make this vision a reality? And, "put people in homes where they can be safe," seems to purposely avoid identifying who those "people" would be.

I know; I know: this is an unserious statement from a deeply unserious person, but given that this unserious person is the President of the United States of America it must still be given weight. Too many people not taking him seriously seems to be a big part of the reason we are here today....
