That's our best offer.

Seriously, with taco-man in charge, why would anybody make ANY offer. If they agreed to something, Trump would be back for more in a few weeks, just like with CBS.

And if they don't make an offer, Trump will belly-flop around for a few days and then chicken out.

There is no scenario where it makes any tactical sense to offer anything at this stage (other than the aforementioned bag of tacos, of course.)
