1. As bad as it may sound, I think the faculties at the public universities should just stop teaching there.

Let's see how they like it when they literally cannot hold classes due to no instructors. The staffs should quit as well. Let's see if these rethug legislators can run the schools themselves since they want to be so involved with things they know little or nothing about.
