9. They are too stupid to realize that much of higher education today

is conducted over the internet. There are ways for schools to get around requiring the physical presence of the student. With video linking it is no longer a need to physically be in a lecture hall. For the sciences things like doing lab in Chemistry for example is a different matter but facilities can be arranged with other countries to have lab facilities available also with video linking. The point being there are ways around physical presence.
