Remember when RBS was “too big to sue”?
Musk will wear the DOJ out. Nominally headed by Bondi but (reportedly) run by Miller, their lawyers are already getting worn out in court.

Contracts can be voided but usually for performance not just a personal whim. Also, like it or not, Elon’s operations do actually do things. You can’t just stop doing them while you issue RFP’s and go through the procurement and legislative process.
