Spend millions to pay for real ID for the poor urban communities in the swing states. Get Hollywood actors to donate to this to get 100% of Democratic voters having a ID to vote.

It would draw nonsense conspiracy theories, though it would destroy the Republicans suppression of voters in voter purges and rejection of votes based on no real ID or passport.

I would first do this in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania where the governors would support this effort. Then move to the South.
