The inaccuracy of their missiles is what allows Israel to claim Iran is targeting civilians.

Playing devil's advocate, why does Israel embed military objects in civilian infrastructure? The IDF headquarters is located in the middle of Tel Aviv! Do people living around it realize they are human shields?? The batteries and launching pads for the Iron Dome are sprinkled throughout cities and towns. Next to highrises and who knows, maybe even hospitals! As some here have said (incorrectly) that makes them "legitimate targets" yessirree!

The irony is rich, the hypocrisy pathetic.
