killed Democrats' actual 60-vote Senate majority at the time, which required us to engage in all kinds of even more insane compromise to finish up the ACA in 2010, at that point being forced to do that via reconciliation (the same process that we are watching going on with the GOP and the tax cuts for the billionaires).

He needs to be nowhere near any elected office.
