3. Self defense is lawful.

You have a right to defend yourself and anybody else that you feel is threatened with physical violence. If an unmarked vehicle without lights or markings or people within the vehicle don't identify themselves as law enforcement via badge or I.D. you have no obligation to stop.
You are allowed to use only the force necessary to stop the threat. In states like Florida where they have stand your ground laws, I doubt law enforcement would be stupid enough to not identify themselves.

Understand, they may actually be law enforcement in the wrong and you may catch a beating. Minorities have been abused by law enforcement so long, they forget they can defend themselves. They/we've been trained to surrender to persons with an authority type of demeanor.
It needs to stop yesterday.

Don't look for trouble.
