by writing the majority opinion that limited "universal" (nationwide) injunctions - https://www.democraticunderground.com/10143486803

(and this was despite the fact that during the 4 years of Biden, the GOP "judge shopped" by sending their cases into 5th Circuit districts in order to GET a "nationwide injunction" against Biden Executive actions - and in some cases, had to withdraw and refile their case because they had no jurisdiction, and had to find someone to be a co-plaintiff who lived in that district who was "harmed" ).
