So it should not affect mass vaccination.

Single doses are better on many levels - because if a pharmacist doesn’t shake the multidose flu vials just right or forgets to shake it between patients - different amts of ingredients can be injected into people - too much shaking and bubbles can be injected. Also, no one wants an infant to be injected with mercury just because some pharmacy is too cheap to buy single dose vials.
