But then he got into it with Dave over "the mosque at Ground Zero." I was glad I watched since Dave (who claimed to know nothing about politics) really straightened him out. For my job, I was responsible for the TV listings for CBS so I had to call the publicist to schedule Letterman's guests. And in the early 2000s I was in Letterman's studio audience. Dave was great but his guest was disappointing - Dr. Phil.
