The Guardian:
Rodriguez is seeking damages against (Dr.) Coeytaux as well as an injunction that would forbid Coeytaux from mailing abortion pills across state lines. Rodriguez wants that injunction, he said in his lawsuit, “on behalf of a class of all current and future fathers of unborn children in the United States”.

It has nothing to do with Rodriguez, his idiot “girlfriend” - who is still legally married to another man who urged his wife to take the pills the other TWO TIMES she got knocked up - or “future fathers of unborn children.”

It is to get STATE bans on abortion medications to become NATIONAL law! The anti-abortion freaks are using Rodriquez as their foil to do just that.

And who?

Rodriguez’s lawyer - Jonathan Mitchell, the attorney who masterminded Texas’ six-week abortion ban. Mitchell was also the attorney behind Texas’ “bounty hunter” laws turning individuals into vigilantes and giving them the right to sue anyone who “aids or abets” an abortion. Their reward? A fat $10,000 PER violation.

And he’s not shy about saying he also wants to roll back decades of progress for LGBTQ rights.

It may be fair to say, without Mitchell, Roe would still be the law.
