(6,054 posts)41. The "fiscal conservative" republicans raised the debt ceiling by $5 TRILLION
        just so they could borrow more money from China and other countries for all sorts of fraud, waste and abuse, including handouts to farmers. Why do farmers keep begging for public handouts when they should pull themselves up by their bootstraps?
