The ultimate so-called suckers and losers. This goes all the way back to Reagan’s snide quip about the government being there to help, not really helping.

The Reagan Revolution decimated the federal government’s geo and social research and services. They have never recovered. The Retrumplican’s Second Imposition is doing the same to the medical establishment. It too will never recover.

It’s allowed because Americans people think they want hurt are being hurt.
