Yesterday

The other projects off of New England are not sponsored by any utilities but are providing power to the public grid. Dominion is a deep-pocketed, southern utility company. One would think those governors would come to its aid. Dominion had, as part to this project, built its own servicing boat. It was a big commitment. I hope they win.

This was timed to roughly coincide with VA's Democratic governor taking over BTW.
