They are asking the judge for more time so they can make more shit up because what they have isn't looking like it will do the trick.

They went to another country, harassed the leadership and murdered it's citizens with no due process or actual identification and then kidnapped the president and his wife to charge them with 'crimes' in this country.

Right.
