Congress approves bill barring presidents from unilaterally exiting NATO
It was tacked onto the FY2024 NDAA - H.R.2670 - National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024
Since it is a treaty, that is how they normally work but this gives members further legal options for rogue violations (at least per Sen. Kaine).
