8. The Epstein Transparency Act isn't a criminal statute

Not every law creates a crime. Not every violation of a law is subject to criminal penalties. A court can order the enforcement of the law and refusal or failure to comply with a court order can lead to criminal contempt, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
