Sorry but, she must be as ignorant as Trump to think she could confer it upon him, like she was re-gifting a Secret Santa gift from an office Christmas Party.

If she does end up doing this the Nobel Committee surely must ask for the monetary award back and announce the award won't be made again until Trump is retired from office.
