Nor their fomenting and arming a rebellion to bring back a hated monarchy and make Iran a subservient, powerless, unfree petro-client state. Iranian oil belongs to Iranians and Iranians should determine their own future and form of government.

Just as you would want Americans to determine their own form of government, without outside interference.

If there is an American rebellion or revolution, I hope it is peaceful, unlike what we are witnessing in Iran.
