My guess: Quantico. A C-17 took off from there ~~last week~~ two weeks ago.

Jan. 24, 2026: 757-200 departs Andrews headed northwest at 6:20 a.m.

Here's a C-17 out of Quantico. I didn't know the runway can handle those.
