on the shape of the face we, the eyes, eye brows that some tool could use to create a set of images consistent with what is known.

That and the height and shoe size that they said could be estimated pretty accurately from the images could give them somewhat of a picture of the person.

Add in that he was known to be in Tucson at that time also focuses in on who did this.
