Not only did she lie about Maxwell being transferred to the "same level" prison, she lied about her part in the transfer. As AG, she is the head of the DOJ. The bureau of Prisons is part of the DOJ. While she might not have been the one to order Maxwell's transfer, she had complete authority (and still does) to reverse that decision. Saying she disagreed with the transfer is 100% obvious bullshit.
