The Nobel Peace Prize is awarded and presented in Norway (specifically Oslo) by the Norwegian Nobel Committee, a five-member group appointed by the Norwegian Parliament (Storting). While other Nobel Prizes are awarded in Sweden, this specific award follows the will of Alfred Nobel.
