3. Why doesn't the MSM point out these tariffs are just as illegal as the ones SCOTUS struck down?

All they point out is the 150 day limit. But Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. § 2132) requires a "large and serious balance-of-payments deficit" before it can be implemented. We don't have a balance-of-payments defecit at all. A balance-of-payments defecit is not the same as a trade deficit., they are two different things.
