that Iran was weeks from having a nuclear bomb in 2012. Yet he was outraged that Obama did not inform him about all the delicate negotiations that led to the 2015 nuclear deal.

Trump took us out of that deal in his first term. However even by the time Trump bombed Iran, they had not tested a nuclear weapon. Yet, now after Trump claimed to have decimated their nuclear sites, Wilcoff, a NYC real estate mogul, is stating that they are a week from "industrial grade bomb making materials" to gin up why we need to act NOW.
