93. Wouldn't this be an act of war against Spain?

It would seem that this could get the US kicked out of NATO. And then Spain could call upon NAtO for assistance in retaliation .

Not sure Russia would want to get involved on the US' behalf -- they're already stretched pretty thin.

Pardon my assumptions, I"m not a pol sci person but I"m just wondering . . .
