32. Well I believe Americans will come to the World Cup events

It's the non-US teams that will suffer for this. Their families and their fans are going to stay home and watch it on TV rather than deal with our shit here in the US. Plus it's dangerous for the teams themselves and their coaches, while they are here.

Even if nothing happens, they still will be worried about it. It's going to ruin everyone's enjoyment of the games.
