Stroke, heart attack, runaway bus, falling branch, sniper (a real one), bunker cave-in, self-inflicted whatever. Bonus if he simply dies on the toilet like Elvis as he shits himself in a drugged stupor. (Yeah, I realize that might be hard to tell apart from his usual stupor… )

If “checks and balances” refuse to do their jobs then yes, whatever ridiculous demise the powers can be decide to visit upon him will do.
