the 25th Amendment, this would be it. All of the criteria for removing an unstable President are fully fulfilled.

It seems that Dump will have to do something tonight because it would be too humiliating for him not to. I pray that it is not nukes, but bombing plants that provide civilians with water and electricity, like he has alluded to, is still very bad. Mass starvation will not change the regime; they don't care about the condition of their people as long as they retain power. And, having war crimes and horror imposed on them helps gain them sympathy in the world community.

The best response would be if the media stopped covering all of his threats. They can't, but his number one driver is all the attention it focuses on him.
