The problem is that nothing this maladministration says can be trusted or taken at face value.

The other problem is that, like many stunts that now substitute for competent governance, this sounds possibly OK on its face but is it really? Something someone who doesn't have expertise in ATC would dream up. An ignorant person's idea of what would work in ATC. And do the people proposing this have any real evidence that gamers would work? And will they adequately screen applicants?
